How we research destination content
Source priority runs from official Saudi government and tourism bodies, to official websites of attractions, hotels and museums, to King Fahd International Airport's own information, to reliable secondary reporting, with user reviews and OTA listings used only as discovery signals, never as the sole source for a hard fact.
How we verify practical information
Opening hours, prices, addresses and operational status are checked against their publication date wherever possible. Every page carries a "Last verified" date so you can judge how current a specific claim is.
How sponsored content is labelled
Advertising packages and sponsored listings are kept separate from editorial content and are clearly labelled as commercial. See Advertise on Visit Dammam for details.
How affiliate links are disclosed
Where a link is an affiliate or sponsored link, this site uses rel="sponsored" and discloses the relationship explicitly.
How corrections are requested

How UGC rights and credits work
A visitor photo-contribution feature ("Share Your Dammam Moment") is planned but not yet built. Once live, it will require explicit contributor consent and visible credit before any photo is published.
How content is updated
Pages are updated as new verification becomes available, reflected in the "Last verified" date on each page.
The limits of travel information
Travel information changes. Always verify dynamic details, such as opening hours, prices and entry conditions, directly with the official operator before you travel.
