How to report a factual error, and how we handle it once reported.
How to report an error
If you spot a factual error, an outdated detail, or a geographic mistake (for example, an attraction listed as being in Dammam that is actually in Dhahran or Al Khobar), tell us through the contact form. Include the page URL and, where possible, a source for the correct information.
What happens next
We check the reported claim against the source cited on the page and, where relevant, an independent second source. If the correction is confirmed, we update the page and its "Last verified" date. If we cannot confirm a change, we will say so rather than publish an unverified edit.
Response time
We aim to review correction reports promptly, but this is a small, independently run guide, not a newsroom with a fixed service-level target. Safety-relevant errors (for example, an incorrect emergency number) are prioritised over minor wording issues.
What we do not change
We do not remove accurate information at a business's request simply because it is unflattering, and we do not add unverified superlative claims ("best", "largest", "most popular") to satisfy a listing request. See our Editorial Policy for how content decisions are made.
