What this site is
Visit Dammam is an independent, fact-checked visitor guide to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, produced by Voûte Digital Advertising B.V., which has built destination guides for cities including Doha, Rotterdam and Ibiza since 2001. See our full network on Visit Websites.
How we research
We prioritise primary and official sources: Saudi government and tourism bodies, official attraction and hotel websites, and King Fahd International Airport's own information. Secondary sources are used only where a primary source is unavailable, and every practical claim carries a date and a source.
Geographic accuracy
Dammam, Dhahran and Al Khobar are three separate cities that together form one metropolitan area on Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province coast. This site keeps that distinction consistent: for example, Ithra, the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, is in Dhahran, not Dammam, and is labelled that way wherever it is mentioned.
